Returns & Refunds Policy
At Natural Health Connect, we are committed to providing you with premium quality annatto-derived supplements. We take great care in sourcing and supplying our products, and your rights are always protected under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please note that due to health protection and hygiene reasons, supplements cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The fault in the goods must be clearly attributable to faulty manufacture.
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods remain in their original packaging.
The goods have not been opened, used, or tampered with by you or any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse a return where these conditions are not met.
Goods That Cannot Be Returned
In line with health regulations and consumer safety:
Goods that are opened supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals are non-returnable unless faulty.
Goods manufactured to your specifications or personalised items cannot be returned.
Goods that are perishable, have expired, or deteriorate rapidly are ineligible.
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products cannot be returned.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning eligible goods to us.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have received the goods (or proof of delivery).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned product is processed.
If the product was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
